INNOVEX understands that office organizations have unique functional and logistical needs, which is why we take a scalable, customized approach to our three main Eco-Equipment Preferred Customer Plans to adapt to your organization’s budgetary requirements and workflow priorities. In this way we provide predictable spending for budgeting, urgent repair support and proactive preventative maintenance and parts when and where you need them. These INNOVEX Eco-Plans apply to contract customers with our MFDs, Copiers, Printers and Fax machines.

Eco-Elite Plan
This is our most inclusive and preferred customer protection plan. This is the only plan that includes network labor, which handles all issues relating to the connectivity of your machine (ie. scanning, printing, etc.). It includes all consumables and supplies mentioned above. Your costs are included for the duration of your contract based on defined image usage and network labor hours with all equipment warranties in force.
Eco-Plus Plan
This plan is our popular plan that includes toner and developer, drums, fusers, rollers, and maintenance kits, in addition to the normal preventative maintenance and repair service & parts. This plan is for the customer who wants everything besides the network labor.
Eco-Plan
This is our most basic plan, for the customer who needs a more cost-effective program that covers the preventative maintenance and repair service & parts.
Time & Materials
This provides an option for infrequent service requirements, such as a small home office or low volume equipment user. INNOVEX provides payment on delivery services and parts or consumables for all non-contract buyers. Labor is billed on an hourly basis at the time of performance, parts are payable at delivery. This program is also applicable to our IT customers for network labor on a time basis.
